CCoP AGM 2019

The Annual General Meeting of the Canadian Company of Pilgrims

Date:  Saturday January 26, 2019

Location: The Salvation Army Victoria Citadel, 4030 Douglas St., Victoria, BC V8X 5J6

Time: 9:30 am – 10:30 am PST (Doors will open at 9:00 am for voter registration)

Advanced Online Voting: Opens January 9, 2019 – Closes January 23, 2019 at 8:00pm PST

In order to vote at the AGM you must be a paid up annual member of the CCoP at the time of the meeting.
If you are not currently a member you can join online at: https://www.santiago.ca/member-sign-up/#join.
Annual memberships will also be available at the door on January 26th – $10 each (cash or cheque only).

Online Voting Instructions:

You can only vote once, either online or in person at the AGM.  If you are voting online, you must vote on all the motions at the same time before hitting submit. If you have not voted on a specific motion, it will be assumed your vote is to abstain on that particular motion.

If you do not see the form below and the words “not applicable” are displayed, it is either because you are not a current member (i.e. annual membership paid to date) or you have already voted on the motions for the CCoP 2019 AGM.
