The Annual General Meeting of the Canadian Company of Pilgrims

Opening Remarks – 9am PST, 10am MST, 11am CST, noon EST, 1pm AST. 1:30pm NLST
The business portion of the Annual General Meeting will take up to one hour. Directly following the business meeting, you are invited to remain for a discussion with our special guest Laurie Dennett, author of the book ‘A Hug for the Apostle’ and other books and commissioned histories. She was born in Toronto, is an independent historian and now lives near O Cebreiro in Galicia where she hosts a ‘Quiet Garden’ that includes a replica of the Chartres cathedral labyrinth.
Closing remarks and Buen Camino – 10:30am PST, 11:30am MST, 12:30pm CST. 1:30pm EST, 2:30pm AST, 3pm NLST
Online Voting: Voting on all AGM motions will take place only at the AGM Webinar
In order to vote at the AGM you must be a paid up Annual or Lifetime member of the CCoP.
YOU MUST REGISTER BY 6:00pm PST FEBRUARY 24, 2023 TO ATTEND AND VOTE

Invitations for the Annual General Meeting were sent out to all members on February 2, 2023. Members who did not receive an invitation may contact the secretary for a zoom invitation. You will need a zoom invitation to attend the meeting.
Once you have registered, a confirmation and webinar link with instructions will be emailed to you. You will also receive a reminder closer to the date.
Important: Voting will be restricted to one vote per device, so in order to vote, each voting member in a household must register, and attend on a separate device, such as an iPad, a laptop, or a smartphone.
